The Vibrato Method

A vibrato is a controlled oscillation — a note that never sits still. We build fragrance the same way: a composition that shifts gently over the hours it fills a room, rather than announcing itself once and fading flat.
Every Vibrato formula is engineered in three registers. Top notes greet a space in the first minutes. Heart notes carry the atmosphere through the bulk of the day. Base notes linger low, giving a candle, diffuser or room-scenting program its lasting signature.
We formulate, test and bottle everything ourselves, in small production runs, so hospitality groups, retailers and interior specifiers can rely on consistent scent from the first case to the fiftieth.

Every composition begins on our blending bench, where raw aromatic materials are weighed, combined and rested before a single unit reaches production. Nothing leaves our workshop until it has been checked against its reference standard.

Top, heart and base materials are weighed to a fixed formula and rested for 48 hours to marry.

Each batch is scent-matched against our reference sample and logged before approval.

+Yes. Our blending team can develop a signature composition from a mood brief, a reference scent, or a description of the space it needs to fill, with samples typically ready within two to three weeks.
Do you offer private label packaging?
+We offer three private label tiers, from custom label artwork on our standard vessels to fully bespoke glass, boxes and diffuser hardware for larger program launches.
What is your standard lead time?
+Standard reorders of existing formulas ship within two to four weeks. New custom compositions and full private label programs typically run four to eight weeks from final sample approval.
